Events for October 28-29 - Halloween

Many of you two-wheeled crazies might be out howling at the moon this weekend, but if your wilder side will allow, there are several motorcycling events to attend this weekend.

First off, in north OKC you can attend the OKC Thunder Cycles Halloween party. The Ride Oklahoma staff will be in attendance. OK, maybe our head of security Levi won't make it, but our publisher, editor, writing staff and photograghy departments will be in attendance. Oh, we will need reservations for two please.

In Tulsa you can attend the Cancer Sucks rally at Backyard Burgers on 91st & Memorial. They are giving away a custom painted Suzuki Katana motorcycle. After you recover from your night's partying, attend the Jeff Williams Motorcycle Swap Meet in Claremore to pick up parts you broke off the night before.

For you dirt hounds out there, you have GOT to go see the Observed Trials day at the Rock Creek Riding area in Tishomingo. That will get you hooked on this really cool style of riding.

And finally for you speed demons, Speed Tribe is going to Thunder Valley Raceway on Friday night for a night at the drag races. Bring your bike and run all night for $15.

James, Thanks for the plug. The Texhoma club is having a trials this Sunday. If anyone is interested seeing what it's all about you can get directions at www.txtc.info
