Brian's World

Boy do I have a treat for all our readers. After much arm-twisting and begging, I have talked a world-class writer to join our team and entertain you with his funny prose. Brian Hopkins is an award-winning writer who has been a motorcyclist for many years. Brian and I met on the Kawasaki ZZR-1200 forum a few years ago, and have ridden many times together since. His stories range from hilarious adventure riding tales to informative stories on bike preparation, camping, long-distance travel. Brian currently rides his ZZR-1200 sport touring rocketship, a BMW F650 Dakar adventure touring bike, and a Honda CRF-230 for off-road fun.

His 13 year old daughter Summer is an accomplished rider, with hopes of off-road racing in the future. She and Brian can be found most Sunday mornings at Crosstimbers riding area at Draper, pounding through the trails and roosting dirt onto riders they pass.
