Ridley Owners Descend on OKC

Ridley Motorcycle owners from across the world descended on Oklahoma City recently for the first annual Ridley Owners Group motorcycle rally. The Ridley Owner’s Club (ROC), an Internet-based community of Ridley Motorcycle riders, organized the rally to personally meet other members. And since every Ridley Motorcycle is made in Oklahoma City, the location was a natural choice. Rally organizers anticipate over 100 riders from as far away as California, New York, Minnesota and Canada to make their trip on their Ridley Motorcycle.

“All of us are most excited to tour the Ridley Factory,” said ROC Founder and rally organizer Brent Rowse. “We want to see where our motorcycles were born.”
Clay Ridley founded Ridley Motorcycle Company in Oklahoma City in 1995 and now runs the company with his son Jay. They have established a thriving international market allowing riders to bike without clutching, shifting and other outdated chores of the road.

While visiting the factory, riders were offered a free 28 point inspection of their motorcycles to help insure they were running in optimum condition. The entire Ridley team was on hand to visit with riders, show them the factory, and answer any questions that arose.
In addition, the Ridley Owners were able to visit central Oklahoma attractions such as Bricktown, the round barn in Arcadia along Route 66, and a stop in historical Guthrie.
